To the owners: Paul is an asset to your business; his experience and professionalism is obvious - he's been doing this for awhile. He was able "feel out" my level of understanding and then to communicate accordingly. The techs were able flesh out a very obscure problem and thoroughly test run my vehicle quickly and at a reasonable cost. 11 F250 "P0191".

I went to have my oil change and a preventive maintenance done on my 2022 Mercedes Sprinter van. It a work van and its a high and diesel. Im very careful where I take it for service. Paul and the whole crew took very good care of me and my vehicle. They explained everything and showed me issues on my truck. The best part is they are not high pressure at all. Theyfix what you want them to fix, and answer any questions you ask them. They did superior work, believe the reviews. I won't take my diesel any where else. Thanks for your great work and your very fair prices.

Mark and the crew were extremely honest. Performed a thorough and extensive diagnostic on my truck to find the issue and then gave me a fair quote to fix the issue. I will recommend them to everyone I know with a diesel.

I wanted to give an honest review based on over 12 years of experience utilizing this family business for my personal diesel trucks. I first found the business based on local friends that had highly recommended the business to address the diesel injector problem on my 2007 Chevy 2500 that had fallen out of the GM extended warranty by 4k miles for leaking injectors. Alan worked with me, giving me options and warranty implications for choices made with each option. Overall I took his guidance and was extremely satisfied with the results and cost savings in comparison to other locations I had tried outside of the stealerships. (Interesting side note, the other locations are now closed for their business practices). Fast forward to another vehicle (RAM, Cummins 2500), and I had a failing turbo. The team there gave an honest opinion with my options, and recommended against the "cheap" solution I was attempting - purchasing an unknown cheap manufactured replacement from RockAuto and paying for just the installation. Well, that lasted all of 2 months, as the turbo failed. While RockAuto did warranty the part, they don't warranty the labor. I ended up paying for the removal of the turbo, and buying the recommended turbo that cost more.... If I would have listened...well, you get the picture. Over the years I had that RAM there was a sensor that seemed to go out just before every long trip hauling a trailer north, annually. Alan and team always were there to quickly fix the issue to ensure my trips went smoothly. Lost that truck in the Helene flood, and now bring my latest diesel to the team as I can trust not only their expertise, but their warranty and billing practices. This is not a shade tree operation that comes and goes. They are a solid operation, and I am sure if you are honest with yourself and the process they will do what is right for you.

I just want to give my personal experience. I had a situation where Ford looked up a wrong part number for my emission system, which would’ve been integral to my engine. While at the Ford dealership Myself. I called and spoke to mark multiple times. Explaining what I thought I needed and what they were asking. He was very patient and understanding. And even though ford eventually found the correct part/price the whole time mark was offering his best advice and service. I will be looking forward to doing buisness with them in the future

All around great experience, no wasting time or money just throwing new parts at the truck like most shops do nowadays. Definitely my go to shop near Tampa going forward. Really appreciate it guys!
